New residential college at Vanderbilt to expand living-learning opportunities

Kelly Construction is pleased to announce that we have joined forces with contractor R.C. Mathews to take on Vanderbilt University’s newest development. Barnard Hall, approved in February of 2016, will be built where the old Barnard Hall once stood. It will accommodate 340 upperclassmen, 100 more students than the current Barnard hall holds. Demolition on this project is already underway! In the Summer of 2018, Vanderbilt plans to unveil their latest Residence College! It was an honor partnering with Vanderbilt on their new Science and Engineering building; we’re eager to embark on another project with them.
